Guests can be added to your registration. They can attend free social events, the European Archaeology Fair, and coffee breaks (not scientific sessions).

Most EAA 2025 social events (e.g., Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception, Annual Party) are free and do not require specific registration but have limited space (first come, first served).

If you are a Serbian taxpayer, your conference registration invoice will be automatically generated through the EIS system and sent to you via this system within 10 business days. If you choose the "pay later" option, a proforma invoice will be generated in your profile (www.e-a-a.org > Member's Area > My EAA Profile > My Payments & Invoices) within 24 hours.
