As announced on 1 April 2025 (see full announcement), the 31st EAA Annual Meeting will take place online only, via a dedicated virtual platform. In line with this change, registration fees have been adjusted (details here). To accommodate the online format, the academic programme has been extended to five days, running from Tuesday, 2 September to Saturday, 6 September 2025.

   • Use the form below to register for the virtual Annual Meeting.
2. Membership Requirement:
   • You must have an active EAA 2025 membership.
   • You can order or purchase 2025 membership through conference registration form in one transaction.
   • New members: 1. Create an account through EAA web, 2. Subscribe for 2025 membership, 3. Follow the conference registration link or return to this page to complete registration.
3. Registration Process:
   • Select "Register yourself" in the form below and provide required details.

5. Safe Space Policy:
   • All participants must follow the EAA Safe Space Policy.
6. Invoices:
   • All invoices will be available in your EAA membership profile. To view or download, log in at www.e-a-a.org >Members' Area > My EAA Profile > My Payments & Invoices.
   • If you are a Serbian taxpayer, your conference registration invoice will be automatically generated through the EIS system and sent to you via this system within 10 business days.
   • Please note that VAT will be settled according to the country of habitual residence or place of consumption. For further details see invoice.
