General info
The EAA Conference welcomes two main types of contributions: papers (oral presentations) and posters. Both formats offer participants a chance to share their research and insights with the community.
- Papers: These are 15-minute oral presentations designed for structured and engaging sharing of research findings.
- Posters: Presented as e-posters in a digital format. E-posters will be accessible through the conference’s mobile app and web platform.
For more details, please see our Guidelines.
Evaluation
Contributions go through a two-stage evaluation: 1. First, the organisers of the session to which your paper or poster was submitted will review it, 2. Next, the Belgrade Scientific Committee conducts its review.
Results notification
All main (first) authors should have received the evaluation results by 4 April via email (This deadline has been extended, and we apologize for the delay in sending the notification, which was caused by the recent decision to hold the 31st EAA Annual Meeting as a fully virtual event). Additionally, please find the list of accepted contributions here (last updated 7 April): EAA 2025 Accepted contributions
Payment requirements
To be included in the EAA 2025 programme, all first authors of papers and posters must complete both the EAA 2025 membership and conference fee payments by 26 May 2025. This deadline also applies to invited speakers, discussants, and keynote speakers. Contributions without payment by this date will be removed from the programme. Co-authors only need to pay if they plan to attend (online or onsite); the 26 May deadline does not apply to them. For more details, pelase visit Deadlines and Registration Policy & Fees.
