Welcome to the 32nd EAA Annual Meeting Registration

 


  1. Online Form:
    • Use the form below to register.
  2. Membership Requirement:
    • You must have an active EAA 2026 membership.
    • New members: 1. Create an account through EAA web, 2. Subscribe for 2026 membership, 3. Follow the conference registration link on Membership Order Confirmation page to return to complete registration.
  3. Registration Process:
    • Select "Register yourself" in the form below and provide required details (affiliation, invitation letter, etc.).
    • Guests can be added to your registration. They can attend free social events, the European Archaeology Fair, and coffee breaks (not scientific sessions).

    • Once paid items (e.g., special events, packed lunches) become available they can be added to the registration at any time by logging in at this page.
  6. Social Events:
    • Most EAA 2026 social events (e.g., Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception, Annual Party) are free and do not require specific registration but have limited space (first come, first served).
  7. Policies and Prices:
    • Visit the Registration Policy & Fees page for details on prices, deadlines, and cancellations (all prices in EUR, VAT included).

    • All invoices will be available in your EAA membership profile. To view or download, log in at www.e-a-a.org >Members' Area > My EAA Profile > My Payments & Invoices.
    • If you choose the "pay later" option, a proforma invoice will be generated in your profile (www.e-a-a.org > Member's Area > My EAA Profile > My Payments & Invoices) within 15 minutes.
    • For any changes to your invoice, please contact us at [email protected] by 30 September 2026.
  10. Lunch boxes
    • Please note that there are no alternative options for purchasing a full lunch on campus or in the immediate area. The nearest restaurants are located approximately 3-5 km away.

  12. Shuttle
    • Please note that a shuttle bus will be provided for delegates from the Rizari 2 stop, which is located near the Evangelismos metro station. Therefore, if you would like to use our shuttle service to reach the venue, we recommend choosing hotels close to this stop.

Program

Description
Lunches will be served in the form of lunch boxes with a variety of dietary options available (please specify in the registration form). Each lunch box will include a main course, salat, fruit and bread roll. Please note that there are no alternative options for purchasing a full lunch on campus or in the immediate area. The nearest restaurants are located approximately 3-5 km away.
