Participation Guidelines for Colleagues from Russia and Belarus

Colleagues from Russia and Belarus have the option of attending, but only in their capacity as individual (non-affiliated) EAA Members; please read the EAA statement of 4 March 2022. Any mention of affiliation to a Russian institution or funding agency must be avoided in all EAA contexts.

Policy on Misrepresentation of HABI Cases and EAA Membership Revocation

Any individual who is found to have misrepresented the status of a HABI case against them when completing the self-reporting disclaimer required to register for an Annual Meeting will be subject to review by the AAHC and could have their EAA membership permanently revoked. Two or more complaints within a ten-year period will result in a review by the AAHC, which could recommend permanent revocation of membership.
