Sponsorship
Please use the opportunity to increase awareness of your organisation’s participation at the 31st EAA Belgrade Virtual Annual Meeting. The prices indicated are for advertisement and sponsorship separate from European Archaeology Fair stand registration, and do not include VAT.
We offer three levels of concessionary sponsorship. Within each level, sponsors can select advertisement options of their preference from among the options offered below and worth the amount indicated; the actual price of each sponsorship level is indicated in brackets in the headings.
All sponsorship packages include the following:
- Priority listing in the Virtual Exhibition
- Registration for 1 person
- Logo, banner, and promotional video in your sponsor profile
- Banner ads throughout the app (linked to your website or sponsor profile in the app)
- Possibility to schedule meetings with attendees
- Opportunity to showcase your products in your sponsor profile
- Listing in the directory of sponsors on the Annual Meeting website (www.e-a-a.org/eaa2025/Partners)
- Logo and brief company description in the Programme Book (PDF)
Outside the three levels of concessionary sponsorship, you can also select any of the advertisement options listed below.
Gold Sponsorship (1350 EUR)
- Selection of advertisement options worth max. 1550 EUR.
Silver sponsorship (1000 EUR)
- Selection of advertisement options worth max. 1150 EUR.
Bronze sponsorship (800 EUR)
