European Archaeology Fair

We warmly invite you to participate in the 2025 edition of the European Archaeology Fair, which will be held fully online in parallel with the 31st Belgrade Virtual Annual Meeting of the European Association of Archaeologists, from 2 to 6 September 2025. We are expecting over 2,000 attendees. The conference will be hosted on a dedicated software platform (All in the Loop), ensuring excellent visibility for our exhibitors and sponsors.

Virtual Exhibition Booth

All virtual booths include the following:

  • Registration for 2 persons
  • Logo, banner, and promotional video in your virtual booth
  • Banner ads throughout the app (linked to your website or virtual booth)
  • Possibility to schedule meetings with attendees
  • Showcase your products in the booth
  • Listing in the directory of exhibitors on the Annual Meeting website (www.e-a-a.org/eaa2025/Partners)
  • Logo and brief company description in the Programme Book (PDF)

Please make your reservation by filling in the online booking at https://forms.gle/BQD8Chwujw7bbwX49. We will confirm your booking and prepare an invoice withing five working days.The payment can only be made by bank transfer.

All prices are in EUR.

Logo or company name with a link will be included at the Annual Meeting website after the payment is received. Thereafter, we will liaise with you about other materials (short company description, confirmed representatives, etc.) in order to increase your visibility at the Annual Meeting. The deadline for providing these materials is 30 June 2025. Deadline for other types of adverts is 31 July 2025.

Cancellation

All cancellations must be made in writing to European_Archaeology_Fair@e-a-a.org. Cancellations made by 15 July will be subject to 50 EUR cancellation fee. Cancellations made by 10 August will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the product price.

Booking and payment details

Upon receipt of the completed booking form filled via https://forms.gle/BQD8Chwujw7bbwX49 , we will send you an invoice within five working days.

Important dates and cancellation

  • 30 June 2025 - deadline for logo and company description to be included in the Programme book
  • 15 July 2025 - deadline for cancellation with a refund less 50 EUR cancellation fee
  • 31 July - deadline for other adverts
  • 10 August 2025 - deadline for cancellation with a refund of 50% of the price
  • 2 - 6 September 2025 - European Archaeology Fair
