Registration policy

The Annual Meeting will be hybrid, allowing both onsite and online participation. The registration fee is the same for both options.

Please note that all Annual Meeting participants have to be current (2024) EAA Members and have to register (pay Annual Meeting registration fee) for the Annual Meeting. If you are not a current EAA Member, you need to choose from membership categories first, the conference fee is counted accordingly thereafter (you can pay both registration fee and membership fee in a single transaction).

Ukrainian colleagues are invited to attend the 30th EAA Annual Meeting free of charge (without paying the membership and registration fees). Please contact the EAA Secretariat at helpdesk@e-a-a.org to take advantage of the complimentary Annual Meeting attendance.

Colleagues from Russia and Belarus have the option of attending, but only in their capacity as individual (non-affiliated) EAA Members; please read the EAA statement.

Retired: 70 / 50 EUR (incl. retirement for medical reasons)

* Please note that all AM participants have to pay both EAA membership and AM registration fee.

Cancellation**

Cancellations received by 25 April 2024: full refund
Cancellations between 26 April - 11 July 2024: full refund less 30 EUR handling fee
Deadline for last cancellation: no refund from 12 July 2024

Cancelled excursions are refunded until 31 May, after that it is possible to find a replacement.
Cancelled paid social events and other program items are refunded until 11 July, after that it is possible to find a replacement.

In case of cancellation of both onsite and online Annual Meeting by the Organisers, registration fee less € 30 handling fee will be refunded to all delegates.

The EAA Secretariat must be notified about the cancellation of the registration in writing at helpdesk@e-a-a.org.

** Applies to the Annual Meeting registration. Cancellation of EAA membership is not possible. It is also not possible to transfer the Annual Meeting registration to another person.
