Sponsorship
Please use the opportunity to increase awareness of your organisation’s participation at the 29th EAA Annual Meeting. The prices indicated are for advertisement and sponsorship separate from European Archaeology Fair stand registration, and include VAT.
We offer three levels of concessionary sponsorship. Within each level, sponsors can select advertisement options of their preference from among the options offered below and worth the amount indicated; the actual price of each sponsorship level is indicated in brackets in the headings.
Outside the three levels of concessionary sponsorship, you can also select any of the advertisement options listed below.
Gold Sponsorship (1500 EUR)
- Selection of onsite and online advertisement options worth max. 1700 EUR.
- Logo placed prominently at the 2022 AM website, on all printed and pdf materials.
- Top priority in all advertisement options.
Silver sponsorship (1000 EUR)
- Selection of onsite and online advertisement options worth max. 1100 EUR.
- Logo placed among partners at the 2022 AM website, on all printed and pdf materials.
Bronze sponsorship (750 EUR)

Onsite
- Welcome Reception / Opening Ceremony / Annual Party Sponsorship
(banner, logo in the Programme Book*, up to 2 mins video advert) - 800 €
- Keynote lecture sponsorship (banner and up to 2 mins video advert) - 600 €
- Coffee break sponsorship (roll-up) - 500 €
- Hosting an own event (e.g., wine reception, product presentation) - 400 €
- Logo on the delegates‘ bag - 400 €
- Advertisement in the delegates‘ bag - A4 sheet or brochure - 300 €
- Advertisement in e-poster boards - 300 €
- Programme Summary* full page advert - 250 €
- Programme Book* full page advert - 200 €
- Programme Book* half page advert - 150 €
- Display an item (book / leaflet etc.) at a combined exhibit stand (postage paid extra) - 100 €
* Programme Summary is available in print to all delegates free of charge. Programme Book is available in pdf to all delegates and printed on demand.

- Advertisement at the AM website homepage - 300 €
- Logo in the last two emails to confirmed participants - 250 €
- Logo and link at the Annual Meeting website (www.e-a-a.org/eaa2023/Partners) - 200 €
Sponsorship and advertisement booking
Sponsorship and advertisement booking is to be made through the online booking form available at https://forms.gle/Zxdxnanan7MUtfQy6 before 31 May 2023. Upon receipt of the completed booking form, we will send you an invoice which needs to be settled by 30 June 2023 at the latest. The payment can only be made by bank transfer.
All prices are in EUR and include 20% VAT.
Logo or company name with link (if relevant) will be included at the Annual Meeting website after the payment is received.
The deadline for providing the advertisement materials to be included in the Programme Book and Programme Summary is 30 June 2023. Deadlines for other types of adverts will be confirmed by email.
