European Archaeology Fair

Venue

The venue of the Annual Meeting is located in the city’s green heart, in the buildings of the Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE), Faculty of Humanities Campus, and in the Hungarian National Museum.

The European Archaeology Fair (EAF) will be held in the Gólyavár (Maria Theresia Hall – 1st floor and the ground floor of the building) at the University of ELTE Faculty of Humanities Campus.

We would like to upgrade the exhibition area to become a central meeting point for participants. In order to achieve this, the Gólyavár will become the hub for multiple Annual Meeting facilities: the registration desk and the helpdesk, distribution of pre-ordered lunch boxes, and coffee breaks served twice per day.

In addition to the above, other attractions to entertain visitors will also be set up in the Gólyavár area. Details of these will be available at a later stage, closer to the Meeting.
