Welcome to the registration module for the 28th EAA Annual Meeting which takes place in Budapest, Hungary from 30 August to 3 September 2022. Registration can only be done via this online form.

Please note that only current EAA members can register for the Annual Meeting (those with paid membership for 2022). If your membership is outdated, your will be asked to add your membership to the cart before you will be allowed to add programme items to your AM registration. If you are new to the EAA, please choose your membership type first (the conference fee is then counted accordingly). You can pay for your membership subscription separately, or you can continue with your registration and pay for both at the same time. Check registration policy for detailed prices.

After you "Register yourself", you need to answer a few questions regarding invitation letter, your affiliation etc. This information is important for our administration. Please note that professional and personal titles will not be used for any purpose during the Annual Meeting. 

You may wish to add a guest (accompanying person) to your Annual Meeting registration. Please note that guests are allowed to attend just social events, not the scientific part of the Annual Meeting. You can also add programme items such as social events etc. for yourself and / or for your accompanying person. Please note that Annual Dinner and excursions will be added at a later stage. It is also possible to pay for Programme book if you wish to receive a printed copy at the Annual Meeting. It will not be possible to buy the Programme book at the venue. The Programme and Abstract book will, however, be available in pdf via the website for all delegates to download prior to the Annual Meeting as well as mobile app. You can also order packed lunch for all three days of the Annual Meeting. You can choose to register now and decide about your programme items at a later date, but note that there is a limited capacity (also for free social events).
