27th EAA Annual Meeting
Welcome to the registration module for the 27th EAA Annual Meeting which takes place in Kiel, Germany, from 8 to 11 September 2021. Registration can only be done via this digital form. The Annual Meeting is conceived as a hybrid event, allowing both in person and remote participation; the complete academic programme will be available online. Flat registration fees apply to both in-person and remote participation.

Please note that only current EAA members (whose 2021 membership is settled) can register for the Annual Meeting. If your membership is outdated, your will be asked to add your 2021 membership to the cart before you are allowed to add programme items to your AM registration. If you are new to the EAA, please choose your membership type first otherwise you will see an ERROR price 999 EUR. You can pay for your membership subscription separately, or you can continue with your registration and pay for both in a single transaction. Check registration policy for detailed prices.

After you "Register yourself", you need to answer a few questions regarding invitation letter, your affiliation etc. This information is important for our administration. Please note that professional and personal titles will not be used for any purpose during the Annual Meeting. 

You may wish to add a guest (accompanying person) to your Annual Meeting registration. Please note that guests are only allowed to attend the social events, not the scientific part of the Annual Meeting. You can also add programme items such as social events etc. for yourself and / or for your accompanying person. It is also possible to order the Programme book if you wish to receive a printed copy at the Annual Meeting. It will not be possible to buy the Programme book at the venue. The Programme and Abstract books will, however, be available in pdf via the website for all delegates to download prior to the Annual Meeting. You can choose to register now and decide about your programme items at a later date, but note that the capacity may be limited (also for free social events).

Opening Ceremony takes place at Auditorium Maximum Frederik-Paulsen lecture hall at University. However, the Ceremony is free for all participants, please note that the capacity is limited and delegates and guests registered online have the priority to attend the event.
