European Archaeology Fair

The European Archaeology Fair (EAF) will be held in the Trefort-kert and the Gólyavár (Maria Theresia Hall – 1st floor) at the University of ELTE Faculty of Humanities Campus. Maria Theresia Hall will be also the venue of the registration and it is the central information area.

Further exhibition booths will be situated on the territory of the Campus along the way that leads to the central registration area. Lounge facilities including coffee and refreshments will be offered at both places.

Stand types 

Type 1 - Basic Exhibition Space

  • Price: 900 €
  • Space 2 m x 2 m

Type 2 - Upgrade Basic Exhibition Space with a Booth

  • Price: 1 100 €
  • Space 2 m x 2 m

Type 3 - Unique Space

  • If your organisation is interested in any other measure or format, we will be happy to accommodate your preferences.

Stand equipment

We offer two default stand types, as specified above. All stand types include the following:

Registration fee for 2 persons (every additional person at stand must be requested in the order form and paid for), including:

  • Admission to the academic programme;
  • Admission to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception;
  • Admission to the Annual Party (+ 1 drink for free);
  • 1delegates' bag and badge per person;
  • Coffee breaks;
  • Listing in the directory of exhibitors;
  • Brief company description in the final programme;
  • Advertisement half page in the Programme book pdf and print (printed on demand for a 10€ fee) and mobile app;
  • Free wireless internet at the EAF area;
  • Power supply (Please note: In Hungary the power plugs and sockets are of type C and F. The standard voltage is 230 V and the standard frequency is 50 Hz. For other devices, you will need an adapter or travel power strip.);
  • 1 table with white spandex cover (160x80cm), 2 chairs;
  • Lettering with the company name label;
  • Walls to hang posters;
  • A lockable room for overnight storage;
  • Receiving material on 24-25 August, keeping material stored until Monday 31 August 2020.

Please indicate in the Exhibitor order form any stand equipment and other facilities on request:
  • Additional booth monitor (100 EUR);
  • Packed lunch (Thursday to Saturday: 9 EUR/person/day);
  • Lockable showcase (120 EUR per unit);
  • Shelf (120 EUR per unit);
  • Illuminated plexi counter (allowing branding) (150 EUR per unit);
  • Brochure holder (150 EUR per unit);
  • TV with stand (Panasonic 49” USB) (265 EUR per unit);
  • Extension wire (20 EUR per unit);
  • Additional chairs (4 EUR per unit);
  • Bar stool (45 EUR per unit);
  • Carpet (2x2m) (45 EUR per unit);
  • Roll-up (190 EUR per unit);
  • Ticket for the Annual Dinner (Saturday 29 August 2020; 80 EUR).

Stand reservation and payment details

Stand reservation and payment is to be made through the order form below. Stand reservation will close on 31 May 2020. Fees can only be paid by bank transfer. Cashier‘s checks, MoneyGram and WesternUnion transfers are not accepted.
