Cancellation**
Cancellations received before 24 April 2019: full refund
Cancellations between 24 April - 14 July 2019: full refund less € 30 handling fee
Deadline for last cancellation: no refund from 15 July 2019
Deadline for last cancellation of excursions: no refund from 1 June 2019
The EAA Secretariat must be notified about the cancellation of the registration in writing at helpdesk@e-a-a.org.
