24th EAA Annual Meeting

Welcome to the registration module for the 24th Annual Meeting of the EAA that takes place in Barcelona, Spain from 5-8 September 2018.

Registration opens on 1 October 2017. Registration can only be done via this digital form.

Please note that only current EAA members can register for the Annual Meeting (those with paid membership for 2018). If your membership is outdated, your membership subscription update for 2018 will either be automatically placed into your cart, or you will be asked to add your membership type to the cart yourself. If you are new to the EAA, please choose your membership type first. You can pay for your membership subscription separately, or you can continue with your registration and pay for both at the same time.

After you "Register yourself" you can then edit your profile for the Annual Meeting, ensuring that your personal details, particularly postal and e-mail address and organisational affiliation are filled in correctly. This information is important for our administration. Please note that professional and personal titles will not be used for any purpose during the Annual Meeting.

You may wish to add a guest (accompanying person) to your Annual Meeting registration. Please note that guests are allowed to attend just social events, not the scientific part of the Annual Meeting. You can also add programme items such as social events and excursions for yourself and / or for your accompanying person. It is also possible to pay in advance if you wish to receive a copy of the abstract book at the Annual Meeting. It will not be possible to buy the abstract book at the Barcelona venue. The abstract book will, however, be available online via the website for all delegates to download prior to the Annual Meeting. You can also order packed lunch for all three days of the conference, which will be served at the CCCB. You can choose to register now and decide about your programme items at a later date, but note that there is a limited capacity of lunches, Annual Dinner or excursions.

Abstract Book If you wish to receive a copy of the abstract book at the Annual Meeting, you need to pay for it in advance. It will not be possible to buy the abstract book at the Barcelona venue. The abstract book will, however, be available online via the website for all delegates to download prior to the Annual Meeting.
