Final version of the scientific programme available in pdf

The EAA have endeavoured to avoid schedule conflicts along various lines (presenters, session organizers, related session topics). Given the large number of sessions and presenters, time overlap could only be avoided on the level of 2-hours session blocks and not for whole sessions (e.g., a presenter with two contributions will not face a direct time clash, but still may need to present in two parallel sessions). Please note that minor changes may still occur.

Please find below a list of ACCEPTED contributions in pdf

1st version - 23 March 2018

How to submit your paper / poster / discussion contribution:

The person who is submitting the contribution is considered as the first - corresponding and presenting author. One person may submit max. two papers in total as the first author. All efforts will be made to avoid clashes in the timetable for first authors.

Please note: EAA 2018 has (A) Regular sessions, and (B) Discussion Sessions: the format is indicated in the description of the session. Regular sessions include both papers and posters. Discussion sessions have a special format, discussion contribution is determined by the session organisers. A discussion session can either consist of (pre-circulated) papers, a keynote paper and discussion (papers), pecha kucha presentations (six slides in six minutes 40 seconds), posters exclusively, contributions to a round table etc.

You need to choose from sessions accepted by the Scientific Committee, but please note, that in some cases formal requirements have not yet been met by the session (co)organisers (i.e. payment of EAA membership and/or registration), so these sessions are not available for submission of a paper, poster or other contribution yet - please check later for the availability of the session. The list is updated regularly, the final list of sessions will be announced on 1 February 2018.
