Budapest Annual Meeting registration fee refund
1 June:
The registration fee will be refunded to you in the same way it was paid between 18 June and 17 July. In this regard, please let us know at helpdesk@e-a-a.org by 14 June if anything that may impact on the refund process has changed since your payment (such as bank account details). For administrative reasons it is unfortunately not possible to use the 2020 registration fee to cover the registration of a future EAA Annual Meeting.
If you wish to donate all or part of your Annual Meeting registration fee to EAA, please let us know at helpdesk@e-a-a.org also by 14 June. Such generosity will help support the EAA to go forward after a year in which it has suffered considerable financial loss due to the cancellation of the Budapest Annual Meeting.

Student: 65 / 50 EUR (undergraduate, graduate and PhD students)
Retired: 70 / 50 EUR (incl. retirement for medical reasons)
Family: 120 / 70 EUR (partners who share 1 printed copy of EJA)
Life: 900 EUR
Corporate: 1600 / 700 EUR (institutions; please email us for more info)
*Early bird fee until 31 March - 5 EUR discount.

Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception: free for registered delegates and guests
Annual Party: free for registered delegates and guests
Annual Membership Business Meeting: free for EAA members
Annual Dinner: 80 EUR
Cancellation**
Cancellations received before 22 April 2020: full refund
Cancellations between 23 April - 9 July 2020: full refund less € 30 handling fee
Deadline for last cancellation: no refund from 10 July 2020
Deadline for last cancellation of excursions: no refund from 1 June 2020
The EAA Secretariat must be notified about the cancellation of the registration in writing at helpdesk@e-a-a.org.
** Applies to the Annual Meeting registration. Cancellation of EAA membership is not possible.
Note: It is not possible to transfer the Annual Meeting registration to another person.
